Rona on Grey, Dance!

Depression’s antidote?  Dance!  Music!

You may notice I’ve been adding to my posts with songs at the bottom…
I’ve bee playing loud rock and roll while I worked this week and last —
Helps me not get too down…
layers of what this all means long term —
as in , for the next couple of years while they try to find a vaccine or cure…
is astounding, mind-boggling… life away from people…
empty streets… beans and rice and once a month groceries…

I am lucky I have my beloved with me.

Do yourself a favor — DANCE!
Make a fool of yourself ESPECIALLY
if you think you can’t dance!
