I sing My Old Man’s a Sailor daily…
Written by Oscar brand, and as I loved it I learned about him.
It’s my happy song. I heard Tom Petty sing it in a video on IG
(and dang I can’t find it now).
I posted this on IG long ago and tagged #oscarbrand,
and his daughter found me and we had a nice exchange.
The Smother’s Brother’s is the only video I can find:

That annoying loud-mouth editor/critic in your head? GONE! How great would that be?

I was casting all over the internet myself to find the clip of Petty singing My Old Man and landed on your site! Same thing happened with me. Saw it on Instagram and watched it numerous times before scrolling on. The barely perceptible lip moving…so patently Petty! If you find it can you please share the link, and I’ll do likewise.
Also, very happy to discover your art in this strange web odyssey!
Cheers,
Becki

Sadly I cannot believe I didn’t save it and can’t find it either. But if I do I will post it separately for us to always be able to find!
