I bought a canvas riggers bag from Harbor Freight.
It holds my A4 Hahnemuhle watercolor journal easily plus pens
and brushes and watercolors and my wallet.
It sits flat on the floor, allowing me to reach in and grab whatever!
I hated the color and tried dying it but the dyes all looked awful on it.
Finally I used Golden Dairylide Yellow Acrylic Paint and Golden’s GAC, which helps it become fabric friendly. I sponged the entire outside of the bag with the paint, and let it dry. It is still a bit stiff, but it is not coming off, and I like the color.
I snipped some of the side tool parts so that I had a couple of long pockets.
Kamala (RIP) always loved my bag.
She liked to tip it over and roll around in the contents… cats!
LOVE the color!
And it holds my Hahnemuhle A4 Watercolor journal!
And it will not get lost in a crowd of artists!

That annoying loud-mouth editor/critic in your head? GONE! How great would that be?
I have this bag & love it! Love how you customized it! It will not get lost in a crowd of artists! Great photos of how you use it! Rita
