Cooking is important again… and has stayed that way for months!
We don’t buy baked goods and other deli items while shopping now…
GREAT cookie recipe from www.butterbaking.com!
I had only brown sugar, and now have a versatile recipe that is yummy;
I added walnuts or instant espresso to vary the taste.
Our memory journal now has pandemic entries on the cookies too.
Drawing is keeping me going.
I am sure, though, Mitchell is keeping me around for the fudge,
which I used to make only on holidays.
Walnuts have turned out to be his favorites, and I like them chopped into the fudge.
Anything to keep us happy during this quite miserable time in US history!
