Apple Pie

Apparently we found the culprits making our bodies swell and ache with arthritis.
We are giving up these kinds of desserts; kinda heartbreaking.

The good news is feeling better in our bodies again
AND not having to do drugs
AND thank the universe for Applesauce!

  1. hmm, could be the gluten. If so, that’s ok, there are lots and lots and LOTS of recipes now that don’t have gluten. :o) Have you noticed other very gluten-y foods also do this, cause inflammation? Like Pizza? If I can help just ask, I’ve been diagnosed with celiac in the last 7 years so I could help with steering you to the best books. Inflammation is awful. Hope you feel better my friend!

    • I don’t have celiac, but I don’t do well with many dry items. Daves Bread is fine in small quantities, so I think it has more to do with the organics and the way it is processed. But I foudn out a LOT of the inflammation was due to sugar. Plain old organic sugar. I am on a restricted diet so I don’t have to take arthritis meds and thankfully am good at finding out what is bothering me.
