My mom is housebound.
She hates it.
I decided to make a card for her
of her giant Santa
(given to her by friends in Laguna Beach)
which she often used to hold
presents on her rattan chair.
Turned out nice enough that
I put it up for sale on Redbubble
with a few others.
Inked sketch on a handmade Arches Journal
with a Pentalic HB woodless pencil,
Platinum Carbon pen,
and Daniel Smith watercolors.

We’re hanging in there! Days go by faster as we take everything at a slower pace, but Hub is making good progress in his physical therapy. ANY computer time feels like a chore right now, so I’m immersed in high touch rather than high tech. No doubt the pendulum will eventually swing!
