Rona2: In the Groove with Rancho Gordo

You are not hearing me rave as much about Rancho Gordo beans because
I am kinda getting into a groove with them.  I cook more of them in the manner described on their site, and then mix it up with other items and the yummy beans.

This is a typical dinner now — I last made it with Marcella beans,
adding them to a quick “stir-fry” of cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and onions.
Incredibly yummy!
