Puffy trees line the parks and streets, looking like bridesmaids.
They are so delicate…
This year the rains came later and that is good…
blossoms stayed put for days!

OK–dumb question…..When you finish your work, do you just ‘flick’ the brush to get those tiny spatters? I think they add such a wonder flourish. Kind of like ‘jimmies’ on an ice cream cone. Thanks, Kate.

Yes. Some people use an old toothbrush, but I don’t like the spray. I use a medium round, and put my finger straight out over the paper, and tap the wet brush on my finger. NOT dumb!
