I have such a love-hate relationship with Kamala.
She drives me crazy, never really wanting relationship with me, but definitely
trying to drive me crazy by getting into the exact things I want her to leave alone.
She pushes baskets on the lowest shelf of my rolling cart onto the floor.
She tips over my sketch bag, and rolls in the art supplies.
*ssh, but she has not gotten onto my paint surfaces yet*
Never allowing me to cuddle her,
she sits and stares at me at night, occasionally meowring.
Argh!

I try. She is so wary — lived outside and fended for herself for a half-dozen years. Pets are okay. Talking is okay. Snuggles, not so much.

Cats are so conrtrary… As I sit here typing at 6 am because a certain bloody ginger terrorist decided to wake up the whole house for a play at 5.30am… He is cuddles for Phants alone… He will deign to sit near us, but only picked up by hands etc… He gets into my crochet bag… Doesn’t tip it out just sits beside it with his left paw inside touching the wool. Drives me nuts… Just one law… Cats are weird, and beautiful… Unlike your work… It. Is just beautiful

Your comment was buried — I don’t know how! Kamala does some weird waking-up stuff with me — especially as M sleeps through it. Sjhe will walk in close to me and MEORW at 4am then take off. I want to kill her, and every so often both of them are locked out of the bedroom. She also has a THANG for wool, and will push her whole head into my basket and DROOL. DROOL! Also drives me nutz! Was up at 3am thanks to her this morning…. then she hid!
