USk: Roasted Sugar Chilies

Picked up 40 pounds of Roasted Sugar Chilies last Saturday,
and 20 lbs of Roasted Poblanos this Saturday.
That is what we eat in a year!
Making Pepper Pesto with them.  Totally yummy.
