Inktober is done!
I don’t know if I inked every day — my priority was writing our book —
but I certainly pushed the boundaries of inking and playing with ink.
Most of these drawings will be taken further into watercolors; you’ll see them finished.
Above, from our stay-cation,
Mitchell’s lovely coffee in the morning and Sammy Sammerston hisself.
When we went to the post office this amazing yellow truck was there.
I wanted it, coveted it. Barring owning it,
I ran after the owner to ask him to let me take pictures before he drove off.
These are being developed with inks as we speak.
And then, there is also our Crater Lake trip, which you’ve seen through to watercolor!
Inktober was started by Jake Parker; read and join, even mid-way!
B&W inked sketches in various journals with a Platinum Carbon pen or Platinum Preppie pen and Noodler’s, Super5 or De Artramentis Document ink.
